WORKSHOP SELECTIONS

Workshops are on a first-come-first-served basis. When registering, please include appropriate codes on your registration form, or make the appropriate selection in the on-line system, to secure your place. Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to close registration for sessions if necessary.

It is not necessary to pre-register for any symposium track session. 

INVITATION TRACKING CODE

This code may appear as part of the mailing label on our brochure/flyer, in an e-mail, or on an advertisement.   You will be asked for this code.  If you do not have one, then please respond with not available. 

DISCOUNTS

Groups - any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call 905-948-0470 ext 2228 or 888-443-6786 ext 2228 to receive your group discount code.  

PMI/IIBA Members are entitled to the group discount, however this cannot be combined with any other group or corporate sponsorship discount. When registering, please use the group discount codes PMI or IIBA.

SECURE SITE

Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

INVOICES

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only. These are initiated by the group contact at your company at the onset of registering those attending. If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed. If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 905-948-0470 ext.2228 for further information. If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing. Payment is made by credit card.

CONFERENCE CHANGES

Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS

Cancellations made in writing prior to March 18, 2012 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after March 18, 2012 are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after March 18, 2012 are 100% non-refundable. Entire registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time without penalty.

ON SITE CHANGES

Every attempt will be made to accommodate on-site workshop change requests, however most workshops do fill up during pre-registration.  I encourage you to choose your workshops carefully.

REGISTRATION CREDITS

From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event. While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given. We are able to provide a credit towards a future Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld event. These situations are dealt with on an individual basis through Customer Service while you are at the event only. Subsequent requests following the event will not result in a credit being provided.
