Workshop Selections
Workshops are on a first-come, first-served basis. When registering, please include appropriate codes on your registration form, or make the appropriate selection in the on-line system, to secure your place.    Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to close registration for sessions if necessary.  We will try to accommodate on-site changes to your workshop selection. However, in most cases, workshops fill-up to capacity during the pre-registration period.   We encourage you to select carefully. 

Group Discounts
Any group of 5 people or more registering from one organization for any parts of the conference are entitled to a group discount. Please call 888-443-6786 ext 228.

PMI/IIBA Members will be entitled to the group discount, however this cannot be combined with any other group or corporate sponsorship discount.  Registration discounts for the PMI/IIBA Members will be available following the early bird period.  Discount codes will be posted after July 25th.

Secure Site
Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld online registration is on a secure server. We guarantee that every transaction you make will be 100% safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and addresses so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only.   These are initiated by the group contact at your company.  

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organizer at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.  If you are not sure who to contact, please call Merry at 888-443-6786 ext.228 for further information.

If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing.  Payment is made by credit card. 

Conference Changes
Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. ProjectSummit & BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. Confirmations will not be sent for registrations received, by fax only, after October 9, 2008.  If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation, contact us at info@projectsummit.com.

Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to August 29, 2008 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after August 29, 2008 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after August 29, 2008 are 100% non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred at any time without penalty.

Please contact the Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel , 625 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA at 650-328-2800 to make your reservations.  Please quote ProjectSummit when registering to ensure the proper rate.

Registration Credits

From time to time, difficulty may be experienced in registering or while attending the event.  While these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given.  We are able to provide a credit towards a future Project Summit & BusinessAnalystWorld event.  These situations are dealt with immediately following the event.  Please contact Merry at mclayton@divcomevents.com.

If you have received a credit from a previous event, please contact Merry at 888-443-6786 ext. 228 to discuss how it can be redeemed and proceed with your registration for 2008.
